İşitsel Peyzaj ve Yapılı Peyzaj İlişkisine Bütünleşik Yaklaşım

Kentsel formun mekânsal-zamansal dinamikleri ve deneyimi, çoğunlukla gözmerkezci paradigmanın egemenliği ile ele alınmaktadır. Ancak mekân algısı çok duyulu iş birliği ile inşa edilir ve bu süreçte görsel-işitsel etkileşimler kritik bir rol üstlenir. Bu çalışma, kentsel formun işitsel boyutu ve kentsel mekânın psikoakustik algısına dikkat çekmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla, öncelikle işitsel peyzaj (soundscape) kavramını tanıtmaktadır ve kentsel formun nitelikleri ile işitsel peyzaj örüntülerinin karşılıklı bir etkiye sahip olduklarını öne sürmektedir. Bu bağlamda, kentsel mekânın göz ardı edilen işitsel düzeninin morfolojik karakter özellikleri ile eşlenerek ortaya çıkarılması hedeflenmektedir. Kentsel formun göz ardı edilen işitsel düzenini akustik ve psikoakustik boyutlarıyla ortaya çıkarmak için; morfolojik analizler, saha araştırmaları, ses seviyesi ölçümleri, ses kaynağı sınıflandırmaları ve ses yürüyüşü prosedürü gibi morfolojik araştırma ve ses peyzajı araştırma yöntemleri bir arada kullanılacaktır. Ankara'nın tarihi merkezinde yer alan ve tartışmalı bir kentsel yenileme sürecinden geçmiş olan Hamamönü bölgesi ile Hacettepe Üniversitesi Kampüsü ve Mehmet Akif Ersoy Parkı pilot çalışma alanı olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu alandaki ilgili mekânsal müdahalenin, ses peyzajı karakterine ve yapılı peyzaj düzenine eş zamanlı etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma alanındaki morfolojik değişimlerin akustik komünite örüntülerine ve mekânın işitsel kültürüne etkisi incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bilginin işitsel boyutuna karşı sessiz kalma tutumunu sürdürmek parçalı ve indirgeyici bir kentsel araştırma sürecine yol açmaktadır.
